Hi, Can the foot pocket be used with fibre-glass or carbon blades as well as plastic? Cheers, Jason

i bought this for my friend and he is very happy with the product and quality. great price and fast shipping.
My foot is 26,5cm, my shoe size in all shoes is Eur 43 / US 9. First got the 42/43 (which I have in all my other fins) but they were HUGE(!) with a 0,5cm gap all around the foot. Quickly returned those and ordered the 40/41s I gotta say they are still a bit on the larger side. The pocket is long (I don´t even see my toes through the front hole when looking from staight above) and the front of the pocket is quite tight but the heel is normal to wide. After my first short run with these (1hr only) I got a pretty bad chafe (I think it´s called that anyways...) on the second and third toe from the big toe on both feet. For tomorrows session I think I´ll tape the toes to help avoid the chafe. Compared to my old banged up Mares fins, the fit in these ones are no where near the comfort, I could go as far as to say they are uncomfortable compared. Dunno if it will get better with time, but either way I will probably be looking at some dive socks for them to see if it gets better.
A very good choice for free diver
First of all, anyone who want buy your fin on line have to decide whether you want dive with socks or just bare footed. I think this fin´s design is to preset the diver wearing 3 mm diving socks. So, it may be two fingers longer than you have expected. For this reason, bare footed divers had better choice a size smaller than you normally wearing your shoes. May be you can check the fitted size at local stores or via consult your friends. Saying about its performance~I think it is a very good choice for free divers. Not only with great quality, but also in a good price.
I´m very happy with the product

Cressi gara modular review
I got my Gara Modulars in late November and have spent up to 5 hours in the day on Them, and have maybe 5 days diving. They're the best plastic fin to date for me, and I've used every cressi model, and most all the others. My older Cressi Professionals purposes are still strong after 2 years. Cressi has always taken a strong stand behind Their products. The best feature for me is the self adjusting foot pocket que stretches on the top of my foot. It's a better fit since I have a wide foot and the instep high. One one the finest Foot pockets in the world for me with a great reliable thermoplastic fin.
Number to buy
I use shoe 41 Brazil, which would be 43 Europe, to use this fin with neoprene sock I buy what number this fin (Europa number)?
I'm very happy with the product

I am satisfied with fins suits me fine
Comfy fine but huuuuuge !!!
My shoe size is 43. In all of my shoes, in all my prior fine. Naturally I bouth These ones in 42/43 first, but They were just rediculously big and I had to send them back. Now I'm in the 40/41 And they are still on the large side! Conclusion, These fins are a decent freediving fine but if you are unsure of your size, or does not have time to try them on, go for the smaller size!
