I am new to free diving and the Cressi Gara 3000 s are the 3rd fin I ve tried, and my last. They are very comfortable, light and easy to get on w/ my 5 mil booties. I m a size 8 1/2 womens and my Cressi s are size 40/41. I m very happy with their propulsion and fluidity. In comparison, I have tried the ScubaPro twinjets and they are too heavy and bulky. I have also tried Mares Plana Avantis and they are definitely not meant for freediving.
Well I got the 46-47 and these fit well with 3mm socks. The footpocket is smooth and soft and if you were to go barefoot in them then I would go for 44-45 personally (I am UK 10.5 and use spora44-46 with 3mm socks). Seem like nice fins but not as good a flex as my Waterway Captain Nemo s.
amazing fins! beats picasso s black team and carbons. tried for free dive which was perfect, even comfortable enough to be used in scuba
Cressi gara 3000 ld
A very good fin for colder water. Great performance both at the surface and in the depth. Excellent service at Scubastore aswell!
The foot pocket is a lot more confortable than the sporasubs H.D. The softer blades allows the diver to stay in the water a longer period of time without getting tire. These fins work great on top and deep water. Very satisfied!!!!!!!!!
Gara 3000 ld
Great fins, great service and great price. If everybody was like this on the internet, we would get a better world;)
Gara 3000 ld
Great fins, great service. Thank you.
Casper clemmensen. the dane
just bought the new Gara 3000 ld from cressi and they are perfect for the cold waters that surround my country. Use them in apnea spearfishing and they provide great speed for me in the surface aswell as when i go deep. Further more i must give prace to scubastore for a exellent service and the fastest delivery i have ever experienced. days from Spain to Denmark.. thats faster than the national danish postservice.. can beat a service like that..Thanks alot Scubastore...v.h Casper
Love it fin
good fin but I think I need socks with it 5/5 stars from canada
This is the best pair of fins I ve tried so far. I use them in norway. Two sizes larger and it fits my foot perfectly with 5 mm socks/boots. No regrets from norway =)
3000 ld and excellent service
Thank to scubastore for good service, got my fins in 5 businessdays to Estonia. First impression on 3000 LD - very good fins, beat my former mares avantitre anytime. At least in the pool for dynamic. 5-7 less strokes per 25 m ;). My avantitre (which actually is made in Estonia :) was size 45-46 (as most of my normal shoes), so went for 46-47 3000LD-s. Footpocket is a little bit lower in cressis and slightly not so wide in front, and slightly lower from the heel, so my opinion is in favor for Mares (only for the footpocket). Had to use 3 mm neoprene socks with Gara, as the footpocket is more slippery and the foot was not so well fixed as I used to in my Mares. But with the sock inside the fin fits perfect. And probably for swimming outside I would need socks anyway (here in the cold North you know :) Final verdict: excellent fins, can recommend higly.
Monsieur y. gagnon
Palm excellent ... I was skeptical, but I was incredibly surprised on the real potential of this one. I jumped up to 4 h before being constantly exhausted legs. Really great!
Love these fins
I used to own a pair of Gara 3000HF fins, but they were a little too stiff. Not so bad on the thighs, but they made my ankles hurt, so I wasn t too sad when I lost one. These are much better. They re nice to look at (like someone has actually designed them) and they re very comfortable unless you have especially wide feet. They are also very tough, so good for spearfishing etc. The performance is fine.
Gara 3000 ld
I have used these fins for about 35 dives by now, and must say that I am very pleased. There is no problem at all using them at the surface. When going deep they may feel a little bit soft, but for general snorkeling they are a dream. My feet are euro 44. I use the 44-45 with a 3mm sock wich gives a tight fit. That way I can also use them without socks. If I was to use 5mm socks I would have had to go for the 46-47 size.
These fins dispatched and arrived very promptly. The footpocket is very comfortable and they are designed very well. My previous fins always gave me cramp however these are don t . They are very easy to use over longer distances as described and surprisingly powerfull when needed. Overall for the price hard to beat !
I think these fins are better than omer ices. I ve used both fins and 3000 ld feels litlle better. It s enough soft but very powerful...
Fins cressi gara 3000ld
I do not recommend..too hard..
I m really satisfied with these fins. The foot pocket is really comfortable and i think the blade stiffness is spot on! I upgraded from a set of Cressi-sub Rondine X Rubber that i wore out and when comparing i get a whole lot more speed from the same amount of force.
I wouldn t recommend this one. My was broken last week. It is fragile.
Very good fins, the very best that can be found in plastic. The service provided by the store VERY GOOD, really, fast and efficient service, a greeting
Fins overall is good, but problem with a bigger then you can expect foot pocket. I wear EU 42/43 size and i ordered 40/41 size. In lenght, my foot is ok, but the self foot pocket is so wide, that my foot is slipping away easily. Tryed with 3mm socks, nope, not enough place in a front, because too tight. Conclusion: too tight in front and too wide foot pocket. Have to use fin holders, otherwise going to lose them.. had no such problem with other fins.
Cressi gara 3000
Good fins! Footbed perfect for narrower feet.
Its perfect fins and fast delivery Thanks
Awesome fins that will last!
I´m into products that are worth the money and will last in the long run. I´ve been using these fins for the past 6-7 seasons with no rips or any issues. My advice is to use fin keepers. Not sure why not many people have used fin keepers but they keep your heel planted in the fin, meaning less energy loss, meaning easier dives hopefully meaning more fish! I wear a men´s 11 with a 5mm dive sock on the Gara size 46-47 which I believe is somewhere around the 12-13 foot size range so with a 5mm sock they fit perfectly. Fin keepers!
A water cooler purposes. Greater performance, both on the surface and in depth. Scubastore large ...
Best market madadeira
This fin is the best fin market, second only to carbon fins, recommend cressi Gara!
Cressi gara 3000 ld
Perfect !! Sooo comfortable and effective. Very good serivicio Scubastore!
After a summer using them is a master purchase to freediving to a depth of 10 m is when he pulls out all the juice to these fins. highly reactive and moderate consumption of oxygen. perfect fit with scarpin 3 mm.
buy the Cressi Gara 3000 LD and I'm containg with his flapping. But I have the problem with the foot pocket. I have a size 44 and size EU fin it is 44/45 escarpin used with 3 mm. I feel that squeezes me (I enpeine wide) and want to buy a 45/46 for use with escarpin 5mm. Do you think that with 5mm escarpin well footpockets grab me?
