ecellent mask for view but very fragile in corners. maybe stress fracures. Your prices are great looking forward to purchases from you. Paid as much as double your prices and more at dive shops. I"ll definitely look here first before going elsewhere. Thanks

I have used a lot of masks looking for ?the one? with the best field of view. Unlike the Mares ESA and other ones with more then one window the Big Eyes is very low volume. There is no dead space and I have true bifocal vision. You really get an ?Oceanic? feeling. You more or less don?t see the mask at all. I will never go back to any of my other masks again! The frame is thin so don?t treat it hard. For SCUBA the clear skirts are grate but if you are also going to snorkel with the Big Eyes go for a black shirt. The sun behind your head will cause reflections in strong tropical sun when snorkeling. This is the best mask ever made IMHO. Eric Adler Linköping Sweden

i've been freedive spearfishing for years with all the ultra low volume masks. i've used the big eyes on my last few trips and will never go back. i've done 90 foot dives with them and barely notice the volume difference. great mask that puts a freediver on a whole new level of comfort/calmness. :)

This mask didn't fit my face well at all. Aside from that, the strap buckle broke after ten or so dives. One word...Weak. Good idea, but weak presentation.

The field of vision on this mask is amazing, but be warned about the super small nose pocket. In the effort to make a super-low volume mask, they've made this a mask to fit only those with tiny noses. If you have a doubt that your nose might not be considered "small", try for a different mask. Seac-Sub's Seawide has a much better fit with just a slight decrease in vision field. I use both and the Big-eyes has definitely become my spare!

Taking back my comment from above. Tried a new Big Eyes and it was great. It might have been damaged before purchase. Still reccomend buying here though the price is half the price of the dive shop at home

I was amazed when I read these reviews on the Big Eyes. I love this mask, and am very sad I can't use it because of damage to the frame. It now leaks. I take good care of my equipment and don't know when the damage happened. The mask is just too fragile. Also your prices are half what I paid for mine. My next mask will be from you.

Looking on some of the reviews, I must have a small nose (I never noticed that before) because the mask fits me perfectly. Great field of vision and leak free, the best mask I have ever dived with. I don't find the nose pocket small at all in fact there is room for a much bigger nose than my average sized smellorgan ;-)

I've been freediving / spearfishing for over 30 years and have used numerous masks (still have about a dozen laying around the house) over the years. This is by far the best mask I have used. I've been using this mask for about 2 years, diving 2-3 times a week to depths of 50'-60' and they're still in great shape.

I have purchased this mask two weeks ago, and think it is full of it. this mask lacks alot in term of convert and fit. in terms of vision, this mask does offer slight downward vision, but not more than 10% of what i have experienced with TUSA Platinia. Usually, the downward vision is on the expence of side vision. I'm back to my one year old Platinia mask.

I've tried a Big Eyes and loved it. The vision is great and I like the way it fits my face. The only negative I've seen so far is that the skirt is so short that it's prone to leak if your face moves too much. Overall, I love it.

The best mask ever!

This is a great Mask! Wasn?t sure if this would be a perfect fit, but ordered it anyway, and I am absolutely amazed at how well it works. Other divers often comment what a great mask the big eyes is, when the see you wearing this baby. Keep up the good work Cressi!

I bought a cressi big eyes and used it 4 or 5 times and each time the mask leaked.I then swapped it for another cressi big eyes thinking it maybe a fault with that particular mask only to find that one leaked just as much.I have now bought a cressi horizon I have not yet used the new mask but I am hoping this does not leak....heres hoping

Snorkelling, free diving, SCUBA ... freaking people out on halloween ... whatever this mask rocks. You can't beat the view!! Plus I find if you have a large face this mask is perfects as the angled lenses make for a comfortable fit with no pressure points. But most important what a wicked view with this thing.

A few quirks

Overall this is a great mask with a few quirks. There is not a lot of room above the bridge of my nose, just don't have the strap too tight. The other little thing that bugs me a bit is that it tends to trap air bubbles on the face of the lense (I use it mostly for snorkeling). If I look up above the surface and then down again a pocket of air can dance around on the surface of the lense trapped by the edge of the frame. It can be quite distraction. alan

I ordered the Cressi Big Eyes mask after much deliberation. The subastore web site was by far the cheapest place. The mask and snorkel were delivered inside 48hrs!!! I can't wait to try it in August when I go snorkeling in the Maldives.

I tried this mask - too small for my nose. However I bought both the Matrix and the Horizon. These two are great - I use the Matrix - which has a bit more nose room that the big-eyes - the Horizon has even more so - fyi NOSE ROOM RATEING From Least to most Big eyes Matrix Horizon

First - to acknowlege another human who has read 'The Snouters' - nasobame. "along on it's proboscis, their goes the nasobame..." Alas, wiped out by a head cold. Anyway - if this mask does not fit your nose - try the Matrix. It is between the big eyes and Horizon nose wise and I think actually has lower volume than either.

The Cressi Big Eyes receive top marks from me. These are comfortable, leak-proof and provide a wonderful unencumbered view. Best for people with wider faces (for narrower faces, try the Cressi Sky range). Coupled with the super service and low price from the Scubastore on line - an defintie recommendation.

I bought this mask over a year ago, and it has been my best mask so far. It fits my face perfectly, and I have a somewhat normal face with a normal sized nose. I have never experienced any leaks at all. I can give this mask my best recomendations for the nordic waters.

I have bought this mask one week ago after reading all the reviews here and i have to give the reason to the "big nose" club, it actually has a small nose pocket. another problem i have found is that the silicone sides of the mask quite easily bend inside so if you try to fit the mask wearign gloves, it becomes a really difficult task.. I also have the superocchio and i dare say it is much more confi than the big eyes.

I love the deliverytime:) order it the night betwen sundsay and monday and today mid day the DHl came to my work in sweden:) the mask looks nice, nice wision and fits greate when I try it on, I´m looking forward to try it in the pool this weekend:)

Have both the Big Eyes and Mares X-Vision and I always reach for the Big Eyes instead of the X-Vision. The Big Eyes just fit my face perfectly so its more a matter of trying out masks and finding the one that fits the best. I did and if my Big Eyes break Im ordering new ones instead of using the X-Vision...
