Housing & Use
The casings of Green Force® lightheads are made of sea water-resistant aluminium. They have been treated with three processes to produce a hard, corrosion-resistant surface. To switch on the light, the lighthead has to be screwed down to the battery pack or cable. To switch off the light, it-ll do to unscrew the lighthead half a turn.
LED-s are electronic components which give off light directly. Their extreme efficiency, reliability and capacity make them very suitable for the manufacturing of Green Force® dive lights. They are unbreakable and shock-proof, they have a very long life span and they provide a longer burn time than a halogen light with a comparable output.
Quadristar P4 D
The Quadristar P4 D is the Tristar Max-s successor.
It-s equipped with 4 LED-s which all have an independent circuit board and which all together have an output of 880 Lumen.
As the power consumption is only 17 Watt, extensive burn times can be obtained without losing power.
As all LED light heads, the Quadristar P4 D is extremely sturdy and nearly indestructible.
On top of this the Quadristar P4 D is dimmable from 100% to 66% or 33%. A strobe and S.O.S. function are also included.
