After been snorkeling with my semi-dry suit, I felt the cold water from time to time. I alsow had some extra belly space. But after I got this ive been diving 20 meters in 14-12 degrees for 40 minutes. Its perfect, I really recommend this product if u need a boost to your wet-suit. I use XL, am 185cm, chest 105cm, 90kg. The price is a steal, so there is nothing to worrie about.
