Great knife! excellent for freediving!

I have the sheath mounted on the left shoulder strap on my omer weight vest for easy access to the knife with my right hand. The blade is really resistant to rust. I have used the knife in salt water for two years now without any rinsing in fresh water or other maintenance. I was a bit hesitant to the locking mechanism from the beginning but I had no problems so far after two years of extended use. The blade is thin and a bit weaker than bigger knives but then again, the knife is really compact. I managed to accidentally bend the blade once but it was easy to gently bend it back again without remaining damage. There is a line cutter integrated in the blade. I would prefer the blade without this but it doesn´t bother me too much. I also use a Seac Rip Fish knife. Compared to Oceanic Spinner, the Rip Fish is much stronger but more bulky. For streamlined freediving, I´d shoose the Oceanic Spinner any time. I recommend everyone to buy this knife!
