creo que la modlidad de free dive en el d4 es una opcion poco util, ya que saber que he bajado 35 veces , mientra nadae por la manana media hora con tiempo de inmersion de treinta segundo y dos metros de profundidad , solo sirve para ocupar memoria en el dive loogbook, hay alguien que me lo pueda explicar para qu me puede ser util esta informacion, __ gracias jbertranfoment.com

Basta con seleccionar en el menú del ordenador de buceo la opción "AIR" y ponerla en "OFF". A veces no viene mal leerse el manual antes de poner verde un producto. De la gente de Scubastore Diveinn puedo decir que son muy profesionales. Encantado.

La opcion free que dices no sirve para nada (a ti)es la unica opcion que utilizan apneistas y pescadores submarinos

Excelente computador de mergulho e de apneia, tenho um e nao troco. Grande capacidade de memoria e possibilidade de ligar ao pc por interfece proprio da suunto podendo se descarregar os mergulhos tanto de mergulho como de apneia. Possibilidade de guardar para analise bastantes dados sobre os mergulhos.

I bought a D3 3,5 years ago and it has a problem with deep sensor. Suunto does not repair it. I lost 238 euros. They offer the D4 for 248 euros but I can have a similar problem... Maybe Cressi Edy 2 is a better option, what do you think? Alex Lisbon PORTUGAL

Ive been wanting a dive watch for some time now, and I finally decided on getting a Suunto D4 with a clipper compass. I live on Koh Tao in Thailand and am training as a DM, so it is perfect to wear daily. Currently in in San Francisco, and ordered the d4 from Scuba Store just a few days ago. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it arrived at my door! Shipping from Spain was only , and it arrived in only 5 days!!!!!! I am extremely happy with my purchase and cant wait to go diving with it. P.S. I checked around a lot, and scuba store definitely has the lowest price for this dive computer.

Hola soy aficionado a la pesca submarina y tambien empece hace un tiempo con el buceo (aunque en menor medida) me queria comprar un reloj mixto para apnea y buceo y e visto el D4 y el edy II de cressi, en principio me gusta mas el d4, lo veo mas completo y me da la impresion de mejor calidad. por las opciones creo que los dos son similares, ¿que me aconsejan? I bought my D4 from ScubaStore about a year ago, shipped to the USA and it was fantastic! I have over 200+ dives using it and it has been awesome. One time it randomly reset the time and date, which happened to my girlfriends D4 as well, but thankfully it did not lose the log info. The Suunto D4 and ordering from scubastore.com is highly recommended by me. -Johnny

A warning about the colored bands. The Pink one fades to a biege really quickly, within 50 dives. (my friend has one.) I have the blue one, and with over 200+ dives on it, it still looks nice, not perfect, but still good. But sometimes I wish I just bought the black one.

How many years warranty do we get when we purchase this dive comp on scubastore ? Thx guys. Im a bit worried, I live in France and I wonder if something goes wrong with the watch then do I have to ship it somewhere or can I take it to Paris on a suunto reparator ?

D4 bought sept 2010,after 170 dives date and time kept resetting,then after a few days wouldnt reset at all.sent back to shop.only option is free exchange i found out after testings(1month).this failure has been mentionned by other users.lower range suunto computers always had some kind of failure within,although the WW warranty is a 2years standard.i had 3 mosquito previous to the D4 came out.2 were exchanged cause pbms.the only advantages to me are:very simple to use and set,beatiful looks,2years warranty(cause if they fail,it will happen before expiry).i am considering to resell the replacement D4 coming soon and switch to Oceanic Geo2,if i find many good comments! I teach and guide SD,so i do need a reliable computer
