A find holder just gives you extra security that you wont kick your fins off when you are using them. I use them in Under Water Hockey where losing a fin really sucks

I want to use them in cold weather and need at least 5mm (preferably 7mm) neoprene socks to go with them. However this means, i have absolutely no clue as to what the right size may be.
