Single bladder float!
Heini grünbaum
I just got the Imersion Inflatable Board. I haven?t been testing in on the ocean as of yet (review will follow), but I can tell you a few things already. In the Scuba store add they claim that it is a double bladder float, but it is only a single bladder float. So if you get it punctured out on the sea, well, there will be no backup bladder float. So don?t get it punctured. Or it will be going down with all your diving gear. My greatest disappointment is the flag. The flag was all crumbled together and although there is painted a blue split on the flag, the flag is square and then the flag is just painted white in the area next the blue split of the flag which where not suppose to be there. I am still thinking if I should keep the flag like this or if I should cut off the white piece of triangle, so I can get the flag to look like a genuine diving flag. But I am afraid that if I do so the whole flag will collapse. Furthermore it is made of very poor plastic and right now I have a ton of books standing on the flag in order to ?iron? it flat - since it was crumbled together when I got it ? crumbled thin plastic. One positive note is that the two straps that holds the flag seems to work very well with the flag. So it will stand up straight from the float ? well, if you insert the inner bladder correctly. Mine wasn?t 100% in line the first time, but I am working on adjusting it, because it determents the general shape of the float and therefore also if your flag will stand up straight or not. Little detail that really wont matter so much out there on the waters and in the wind. I also bought a Omer weight for buoy that I am planning to keep hanging underneath my float (our to use as an Anker if don?t want the float attached to me) so that it hopefully won?t flip around in rough sea, but there actually is three Velcro bands to secure a float line holder in the center underneath the float where you can strap something on to it to keep it up side down in its supposed manners. The general build material of the board seems okay. Well, it is not really a board; it is more of a float. And let?s face it. It is not expensive. It is very, very cheap. So I was kind of suspicious when I bought it. But so fare, at this price, I think it is okay. I will report back once I have been on the ocean with it. Keep save out the on the waters and if you like reading nice little books, then have a look at my latest book available at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005UYKTH0
The flag is thin plastic

PS, the picture of the flag here on the website clearly shows a thick fabric flag, but the flag you get is made of thin plastic. So that is two misinformation by Scube store. One, it is only a single bladder float, and the flag you get is not the one you see on the picture!
