Maybe ok as pool fin

+ Very comfortable, Holes in fin are excellent as carrying handles or for attaching fins to backpack. - The outer part of the plastic doest extend to the back of the foot but ends at the front half of the footpocket. This creates a hinge that makes the fin flex too much in my opinion. Power is lost. The material at this hinge will fail sooner or later. The plastic and rubber has started to come apart on my seldom used pair. The only simlarily priced alternative i have tried is the cressi prostars. My girlfriend has them. The seem to stand the test of time and delivers a lot more omph.
